It seems very appealing to try out the latest diet craze or fad and “magically” drop the weight, but let’s think about the future for a minute. How frustrating will be if you gain all the weight back and more because the diet you subscribed to wasn’t something you could maintain for life? Fitness is a million dollar business with millions attending fitness centers to improve their physical health.  Fitness centers dot the landscape around the world because people want to be in better shape in spite of their gender, their age or their nationality.  Fitness centers differ in many ways, but most fitness centers resemble the others in many ways.  There are some very luxurious fitness centers where the members spend hundreds of dollars every month for the services.  Other fitness centers charge a couple of hundred dollars a year for similar yet less luxurious services.  Some communities have fitness centers with a minimal charge for members of the community.

Most men cringe at the location of his girl’s yeast infection cream in the toilet cabinet or laugh uncomfortably at the Monistat commercials on telly, but laugh no more my friend! Can men get yeast infections? Yes sir!, even though yeast infections in women are more common.

Let me explain just how can men get yeast infection ; firstly, no human without reference to sex is impervious to the effects of an overgrowth of yeast in the body and that overgrowth is the thing that can cause yeast infections. Now that I have discussed the genitals, I’m of the opinion that’s what you are likely most worried about, so permit me explain further. Well, you can get it from her. Aerobic fitness is like a fountain of youth. The more aerobically fit you are, the younger you feel, and feeling younger gives you an aura of confidence that also makes you look younger.

What Is Aerobic fitness?

A simple definition of aerobic fitness is this: It’s a level of exertion that increases the delivery of oxygen to your muscles, enabling them to work longer.  Unfit people experience shortness of breath when doing normal activities, like bending over to pick up a child, or doing housework or yardwork. Bending over to take laundry out of the clothes dryer can be a challenge for an overweight person who has a low level of aerobic fitness. I just read the story of a young man in England who is dying of leukemia. He has been through chemotherapy and radiation therapy twice. He has also undergone a marrow transplant. Yet, I do not think he has tried alternatives, such as an water ozone generator.

He endured the side effects of the new bone marrow attacking his body. They have administered steroids and other types of drugs. His cancer reemerged despite all of the treatment. He lost the girlfriend, the flat and the job. He had to move in with his parents. He is dying. He really believes that he will die.

I want to be very respectful and gentle because dying is a serious topic. However, what if there were alternatives that could help? I cannot speak for you, but it seems to me that if modern mainstream medicine failed me, I would turn to alternative medicine.

How about Essiac and the long standing work of Renee Caisse? What about the German biochemist, Johanna Budwig? What of the book: How to Fight Cancer and Win? What about the work of Bernie Siegal - a cancer surgeon who found another way? What about an in home water ozone generator? There are people who have defeated cancer.

I do not mean to lesson the seriousness of diseases like leukemia and other cancers. Yet, is it really a good idea to simply accept what doctors say without exploring answers that are outside of their particular discipline?
